How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and high-season events (November to April), we recommend booking 6 to 12 months ahead. For mid-season or weekday events, 2 to 4 months is enough. For last-minute events, contact us directly via WhatsApp — we always try to accommodate.
What does the service include?
It depends on the package, but it typically includes: musicians/DJ, professional sound, lighting, microphones, equipment transport, setup and teardown, an audio technician, and coordination with your wedding planner or events team. We provide a detailed written quote.
Do you work at all-inclusive hotels like Moon Palace, Hard Rock or Iberostar?
Yes. We're accredited as an outside vendor at the main hotels of the Riviera Maya and we know each one's protocols (Moon Palace, Hard Rock, Hyatt, Fairmont, Banyan Tree, Iberostar, Grand Velas, Xcaret, and more). We handle communication with the hotel's events department directly.
Can you play specific songs I choose?
Yes. Before the event we send you a song sheet so you can mark your favorites, the ones you do NOT want played, and special moments (entrance, waltz, first dance, etc.). Our bands have a repertoire of over 200 bilingual songs and our DJs can source any track.
What is the payment and cancellation policy?
We reserve the date with a 30% deposit. An additional 50% is paid 30 days before the event, and the remaining 20% on the event day. Cancellations more than 60 days in advance refund 50% of the deposit. We send a detailed written contract before any payment.
Do you have a plan B if something happens on the event day?
Always. Redundant sound and lighting equipment at every event, backup musicians on standby for key dates, backup transport, and a rain contingency plan coordinated with your venue. We never leave you without music.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes. We handle corporate invoicing, purchase orders, formal contracts and vendor onboarding for companies. We have experience with large-scale corporate clients.
